Great!! Knows exactly what he is doing, and is very promising. Highly recommend! I directly told him specifically what I wanted for my preferences and he matched my requirements perfectly. It took only a few places to find the one place that matched my expectations perfectly. If you know exactly what your looking for and don't have much time to spare, Brian is your best guy to work with.

Bryan was very professional and thorough. He was able to help me locate a property and get a good deal in a great community. His hours were flexible as he was able to meet and set up appointments at times that were convenient for me. Our first meeting took place on a holiday.

I had to make a quick move down to Fort Lauderdale and did not have the time to do a lot of my own research into different apartments. I contacted Bryan and he made time in his schedule to show my wife and I around to apartments that matched our needs in terms of price, style, location. He was also able to provide invaluable advice on what he believed would be a good fit for us. I saw an add and called Bryan immediately to find out the availability he was very friendly, knew the areas well and pointed me in the right direction. He took me to view one place he was certain I would love after hearing my immediate needs and let's just say I fell in love! I would recommend him to everyone I know, he was patient, so warm and friendly and I've secured a great rental in just a few hours : )) no time wasted!

Bryan responded to my initial, online within a couple of hours. He was professional, charismatic, humorous, and most importantly, effective at efficiently discerning my needs and wants and promptly targeting appropriate properties for me to see. We moved from Canada to South Florida and had no idea where and how to find a house at a good price. I sent him a message through Zillow on a sunday afternoon and a few minutes later I got a call from Bryan ! I explained our situation and he told me he could help us find something and he did. i couldnt have been happier working with bryan. he found us a place in the area we were looking within our price range that was fit exactly what we wanted. he negotiated down the rent, was quick to respond with any inquiries or concerns, and made the entire process painless. if we need to move again at any point in the future ill definitely be calling bryan.
