Bryan, was very helpful and on the same day notice was willing to spend his Sunday afternoon to help find the right apartment. He was greeted kindly by all of the agents on each of the properties that we visited which provided for a sense of comfort.

Great!! Knows exactly what he is doing, and is very promising. Highly recommend! I directly told him specifically what I wanted for my preferences and he matched my requirements perfectly. It took only a few places to find the one place that matched my expectations perfectly. Bryan was very professional and thorough. He was able to help me locate a property and get a good deal in a great community. His hours were flexible as he was able to meet and set up appointments at times that were convenient for me. Our first meeting took place on a holiday.

I had to make a quick move down to Fort Lauderdale and did not have the time to do a lot of my own research into different apartments. I contacted Bryan and he made time in his schedule to show my wife and I around to apartments that matched our needs in terms of price, style, location. I saw an add and called Bryan immediately to find out the availability he was very friendly, knew the areas well and pointed me in the right direction. He took me to view one place he was certain I would love after hearing my immediate needs and let's just say I fell in love! I would recommend him to everyone I know, he was patient, so warm and friendly and I've secured a great rental in just a few hours : )) no time wasted!

Bryan responded to my initial, online within a couple of hours. He was professional, charismatic, humorous, and most importantly, effective at efficiently discerning my needs and wants and promptly targeting appropriate properties for me to see.
