Brian did a great job helping me find the place that I was searching for on very short notice. He was very attentive and knowledgeable on the long term rental opportunities in the area.
I have had many realtors, and none were as good as Bryan. He was always in contact with me, through out the entire process. He made sure everything was done, quick, and effectively. Bryan was hugely helpful in getting the apartment rented. He answered all questions even when the building management was unavailable. It is difficult to rent a place sight unseen, but Bryan provided plenty of information and once I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale, I was not at all disappointed. The apartment is at least as nice as expected. Very happy with the decision which would have been impossible without Bryan's help.
