My experience with realtor Bryan Gold was excellent, as my first time using a realtor, Bryan guided me through the process and made me feel comfortable and taught me to understand the process as well. We couldnt have asked for a better agent. Bryan is a very pleasant , experienced and knowledgeable agent. He worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of In a very timely manner. I bought my first home with the help of Bryan. He has a great personality and was very understanding. It was a long process that took a span of about 3-4 months, but Bryan was always willing to continue to search when things didn't work out. He was also always there to clarify things. I closed on my home and everything worked out.
I highly recommend Bryan for your realtor needs. First he meets up with you in person to discuss the process and go over your needs/wish list and makes sure everyone is comfortable and on the same page. Bryan was great. My fiancé and I just purchased our first home officially yesterday and Bryan was with us every step of the way. Bryan would always be quick to respond to our texts and our emails, even if it was a late night or a weekend (which I generally make it a rule not to do, but this home-buying process could be a late-night/weekend type of project some days)! We had a bad experience from our selling realtor, almost lost the sale, and we decided to switch buying agents. We found Bryan at Zillow and he was very enthusiastic and ready to show us as many houses as we wanted. Very patient and very knowledgeable about the area. He was always available to answer all our questions. Was able to secure a good price for our home and he thoroughly explained the buying process.
