Bryan was great. My fiancé and I just purchased our first home officially yesterday and Bryan was with us every step of the way. Bryan would always be quick to respond to our texts and our emails, even if it was a late night or a weekend (which I generally make it a rule not to do, but this home-buying process could be a late-night/weekend type of project some days)! We had a bad experience from our selling realtor, almost lost the sale, and we decided to switch buying agents. We found Bryan at Zillow and he was very enthusiastic and ready to show us as many houses as we wanted. Very patient and very knowledgeable about the area.
