I feel like... (Verified Renter) I feel like the community really went downhill over the years. I came ?home? to police weekly. I would get noise complaints when I was out of town. I never missed rent and rent always increased. It was like I was being punished for being a good renter. They would also bend rules like having to purchase cable and internet for some. The staff was nice and the maintenance team was outstanding.

I did not... (Verified Renter) I did not rent with this community because the apartment that was available for me, that had almost all of the features I want except for a balcony. And it faced the intersection of 2 busy streets in the neighborhood, no trees, just grass up to sidewalks. I am still not sure I would have liked it after realizing that regardless of its location it had no balcony or patio. I do have... (Verified Renter) I do have two issues that "might" make me hesitate to recommend this complex: 1. The grounds/landscaping is not being kept up like it should be. The grass areas do not look very good with lots of weeds and bare spaces and there are dead or dying bushes and trees in various places. 2. Even though I understand why you had to do it, I really don't like that Forty 57 doesn't recycle any more. I just wish they could come up with a solution that doesn't hurt the environment.

The entry ways... (Verified Renter) The entry ways to the apartments are not cleaned. The siding is dirty and the trash gathers around the doors in the breezeways.
