Money Grab Kiss your deposit goodbye. They say it’s a “refundable deposit,” but what they don’t tell you is that upon move out, they put that deposit toward your move-out cleaning, REGARDLESS of the condition the apartment was left in, and you get the rest. UNLESS, you pay for professional cleaning yourself. Either way you lose money. We left our apartment in good condition. Love the community... (Verified Renter) Love the community and the front office. The maintenance and the pile of lint with service not was very unprofessional. And I had to clean it up.
My last year... (Verified Renter) My last year I noticed the quality of tenants starting to change: seem to get younger and cared a little less about the up keep of the community as a whole. I can see the staff still working hard but the energy of the community is defiantly shifting as far as tenants. And I think our new sign made us look like a motel
The "required" media... (Verified Renter) The "required" media package is a deterrent for recommending this property.
I did not... (Verified Renter) I did not rate you higher because of the price fluctuation and mandatory cable. I would recommend renting here, but not in the summer time period since prices are not worth what you get.
I wish you... (Verified Renter) I wish you would consider installing speed control devises because people fly through the parking areas. Very dangerous. I am not saying that I don't love 4057 however.

I think for... (Verified Renter) I think for the rental fee there should be more updates. Hard wood floors, high bathroom sinks and toilets, updated kitchen appliances.

A lack luster,... (Verified Renter) A lack luster, expensive media package with not much shows in cable and I don't recall the speed of the internet which may be slow.
