I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that there are nicer complexes out there now for what we would have had to pay to renew our lease for 12 months.
I already love... (Verified Renter) I already love it here. Apartment is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. And the office personnel are a pleasure to deal with.
It’s a nice... (Verified Renter) It’s a nice place and for the most part, I haven’t had any issues and it’s in a great location. I just think there are a few things that could be improved upon.
I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my apartment, but there are issues that concern me from a community that advertises “luxury” in description. Cheap appliances, (dishwashers,refrigerators,etc), very Dirty stairways, balconies, & patios, areas needing painting and general renovation, etc. The maintenance staff is awesome, but the community needs renovations beyond their time constraints.
I would recommend.... (Verified Renter) I would recommend. It would be so nice if there were social events though. Parties, get- togethers with other residents...it would feel more like a community I think.
Recently I have... (Verified Renter) Recently I have seen a few things that have deterred me from recommending the apartment complex. The safety and security is a little bit of a concern, as well as the lack of recycling and the trash situation. I've also noticed that requests can be met with a lack of urgency or clarity in communication.
Great complex at... (Verified Renter) Great complex at least where my unit is located. I feel safe, the grounds are kept clean and my unit is awesome. I can't say everything's perfect because there are other influences like nasty neighbors that leave garbage out, or bring things to the dumpster and leave it outside the cantainers or are rude and loud...but that's not the management's fault, it's people in general...Management does a good job of correcting issues in a timely manner.
Excellent place to call home I couldnt be happier here. I have lived in many apartments and this complex has beautiful amenities, apartments and landscaping. The office staff are friendly and helpful. When they are busy, they get back to me promptly. The maintenance crew has been excellent. The have responded quickly, do the job 100% and are efficient. I would highly recommend this property.
