The maintenance tech... (Verified Renter) The maintenance tech dealt with 2 issues, an immediate item that needed repair (which he did), and a longterm issue that he is looking into. He was very good with both issues.
I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the property and have enjoyed my stay here thus far, but I feel that communication could be greatly improved. I also wouldn't recommend someone moving in during the spring/summer months because the rent is way more expensive.

The smoke smell... (Verified Renter) The smoke smell upon moving in has been really bad. Not a lot has been done thus far to help me resolve this issue.
It's a quiet... (Verified Renter) It's a quiet neighborhood with everything that anyone could need. It's also close to shopping areas and (as far as I know) a low crime area. I'm currently trying to get my parents to move here.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the neighborhood. The complex provides for great living. It is clean, quiet, and modern living conditions. It offers awesome amenities.
I already have... (Verified Renter) I already have recommended 4057 complex to anywhere from 5-10 people. Many are interested in the the type of apartment I am in, that follows ADA guidelines. Others are impressed with the level of comfort, the newness, the appeal and the location.
