DO NOT LIVE HERE Worst experience living here. I lived at the Forum 2 years and the management went so far down hill from the time I moved in spring 2019 until fall 2020. They have a huge bug problem especially on 1st floor apartments and the smell from their garbage valet services make the hallways smell like vomit on top on no one picking up after their pets because bags were never in the bag holders. Save yourself the time, money and stress. Just don't move here. I've lived in these apartments for 3 years and it had only gotten worse, every year. I got fed up and moved out. My apartment always smelt like bleach from the deep cleaning I was doing every week and bugs still made their way into my apartment. Cockroaches, geckos, a lot of ants, etc. The staff isn't great, and management is worse. The staff is helpless and the management is rude and unhelpful. They are slow to respond and basically dismissive of issues they themselves create. This is our 2nd year here and both apartments have been dirty at move in and the property is currently littered with garbage everywhere. The back entry gate has been broken for over 8 months and maintenance/condition of stairwells and breezeways is disgraceful. Not a good place to live dog shit everywhere food sits in the elevator for days and when they break the leaseing agreement (they dont do thorough backround checks) they charge you for their mistakes. Their electric billing System is a scam you end up spending more time on the phone getting it corrected then the money that's due. This place is TERRIBLE!! I have had nothing but issues this entire 2nd year of living here and it is honestly sickening! You complete an entire application listing your roommate/housing preferences and management does nothing but ignore them.There were constant issues between me and the last two people they placed in the apartment because they were too young and immature, as they were incoming freshmen (18) and I was an upcoming senior (21). the fire alarm has been going off for an hour at 1 AM and only the building personnel can shut it. There are no after hour contacts so we have no way of getting it shut off. This complex is ridiculous.
Parents, friends, family, strangers, and everyone else be very careful of this place! My name was used as a guarantee without my permission or even knowledge! All they had was a partial address, partial name, and email address... now I am getting collection notices because they take anybody's word as a guarantee... they do not have a signature from me or anything else, did not speak to me about it.
Seriously very unprofessional the way tenants are treated at the Forum. Whitney Mack who is the GM have not had the delicacy to take a minute to answer to my emails not even to tell me another lie and keep giving me long to this problem we have with the dryer of the apartment that for 3 months we are saying that it does not work correctly.
