Since my son moves in August, the dryer is not working correctly, and I write an email with the other parent and still don’t do anything. The management is abysmal. I very disappointed.

Stop Pressuring 18 yr olds into signing Leases that are referred to as Applications by high pressure sales people.

DONT SIGN HERE!!! This is my 3rd year living here and not ONCE have I gotten any promotion to re-sign at this place except for the last time i re-signed on March 26, 2019. I was supposed to receive a 500 dollar gift card from these people during the week of August 1st of my new lease but new management took over (and boy do they suck!!!!!). My grandson and his room mates have a non working tv. They have been promised a tv for a week. They call the front office and all they get is rudeness and promises. If this is the way you run your business for young people then I will help him find a more appropriate place to stay. You know the way you treat your students is not good customer service.
The management is absolutely awful here. Look anywhere else.
terrible management practices
DO NOT RENT HERE! EVER! EVER IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE! Our apartment was not well built. We had a pipe burst and fans in the apartment making it ridiculously hot and making our electricity bill skyrocket. My roommates room was unlivable with the fans but they did not offer any help. After we realized how high our electricity bill was we asked them to help cover the massive increase in our bill due to the fans, we had to threaten to get lawyers involved to have them help. Shoutout to Tessa for being the only one who ever has a solid answer and for always getting the job done. After transferring from Ohio State and living in 2 dorms and student apartment complexes there, I am completely appalled by the behavior that is tolerated here. The office chooses to protect people who have absolutely no regard for others due to a relationship between the previous property manager and a resident.
