The security is terrible and my son's moped was stolen and he was locked out of his apartment twice after they changed the locks without informing him. He moved out on July 31, 2016 and left his bedroom spotless. He also cleaned the entire apartment since his roommates left without cleaning up. We are now being billed a cleanup fee ... read more

The forum is a really nice place but like most places it has its issues, one being the amount of dog poop people leave EVERYWHERE.. but the gym is nice and all the events the neighborhood host are fun

By far the worst place I've ever lived.. made my second year in Tally literal hell
Literally the worst place in tallahassee. Management is rude and incompetent. They reported my last review because it was truthful of how awful this place is to live. They also blocked me on Twitter for no other reason than to be spiteful and unprofessional. DO NOT live here unless you want a year filled with problems. All good posts about this place are written by management and staff.

I definitely would NOT recommend ! Managements is not helpful and do not accommodate anything you ask for! Never reply to emails or return phone calls! Definitely not the place to be!
