Not worth the price! There is a horrible roach issue — no matter how clean I keep the place or what treatments I try, I’m still killing roaches daily in the kitchen. It’s disgusting, especially considering how much rent costs here. On top of that, the AC in the master bedroom is terrible compared to the rest of the apartment; it stays much hotter and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. Verified Renter Bad Management. Had bicycles stolen. maintenance is subpar. hallways it stairs need to be pressure washed. They are very dirty. I found management to be hostile. hallways are like echo chambers when people are In them and talking loud. People who are not handicap, are allowed to park in the handicap spots. So parking is not enforced.

Verified Renter Our apartment was missing an patio screen door and 1.5 weeks after move in, we still don't have one. The apartment also smells terribly of cigarette smoke and there were butts of cigars and Marijuana in the window silks. Supposed to be no smoking in these apartments yet our clothes and furniture all now are impermeable with smoke smell. My throat is scratchy and burns, I'm congested and am suffering from headaches. Rent is far too high for outdated appliances, crumbling cabinets, and old countertops. Verified Renter The walls are extremely thin and you hear everything from your neighbors. Also, the neighbors are extremely disrespectful. If you move here please stay on the third floor if you want peace. Living on the first floor has been an absolute nightmare.

Save your time and money and do NOT move here I've lived at Fountain Villas for several years, and while the complex is marketed as "luxury living," that couldn’t be further from the truth. Recently, management ordered us to remove the beautiful plants we've maintained for over five years—plants they previously complimented. Verified Renter I dislike this complex and I wish I lived somewhere else. I have put in so many noise complaints since being in this apartment. The only decent thing about this place is the maintenance team. The walls are thin here and the neighbors are disrespectful. Verified Renter My apartment would be sufficient if it wasn’t for the neighbors that I have. I hear EVERYTHING that each apartment has going on in their space. The upstairs neighbors have the heaviest feet I’ve ever heard and they are constantly moving furniture around or dropping things and just the sound of their footsteps plague my dreams at night.
