Verified Renter This was a much better property when we moved in 4 years ago. We still love our apartment but we have lost many of our friends due to the large increases in Rent every year. We do not like the way the water service is now part of our rent as it changes our finances at the beginning of the month we use to pay our water bill on the 10th as we get different checks at different times of the month also there are s lot of fees that we are now paying that we did not pay as it was it had added about additional $20 in... read more
