Verified Renter I enjoy living here. I wish that we would be able to use all the amenities that we moved here for. Gym, club house, etc.. They could also do a better job of cleaning up the hallways.. they are always full of dirt and debis.

Verified Renter The property managers dont take the time to actually care or engage with the community. Too many changes, to many empty promises not a lot of good things lately
Verified Renter Fountain Villas is a great place to live! We've been here 3 years, and hope to stay much longer...! The grounds are lovely, the apartments are nice, and the staff is great: we never wait long for maintenance; the folks in the office are thoughtful; the social director is really imaginative, caring, and fun! Wonderful place to call "home!" PS: Nice Neighbors, too!!
