Verified Renter We have lived here for two years and we love it here very friendly staff and maintenance is excellent always within one day. Also the grounds are very well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly .

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. I wish that we would be able to use all the amenities that we moved here for. Gym, club house, etc.. They could also do a better job of cleaning up the hallways.. they are always full of dirt and debis.

Verified Renter In our three years at Fountain Villas, we have been so impressed with the consistently great level of service we receive from our management team, our maintenance man, and our social director! Besides the beautiful apartments--inside and outside--these individuals make this a really nice place to live!

Verified Renter The property managers dont take the time to actually care or engage with the community. Too many changes, to many empty promises not a lot of good things lately
