Verified Renter In the last couple of months since all the changes it feels more like it did when Vannessa was here. Diane we are lucky to have her here full time she is one of best she is excellent with the Resident's and we love her. The few new maintenance guys Zach and the two guys that did our last work order. Speaking of maintenance, Fountain Villas is very responsive to any need that arises! We have nice neighbors, and there is a nice sense of community! Living here is a Blessing!!!
Verified Renter We have been here for a little over a year now. Overall, we're happy here. Although, in my opinion, it's a bit pricey considering how often we've had problems with appliances, vaneer peeling off the cabinets and paint chipping on the doors and walls. For what we pay in rent, I'd expect a little better.
Nice but aging These apartments are nice as far as size of the apartment and they are really quiet because they're all concrete. They are aging and deteriorating, it's like they are giving up on them. Most of the facia is missing, the bottom floor apartments flood in heavy rain and they don't fix it. The appliances are really old and the refrigerators are small for a 3 bedroom. The maintenance guys are nice and very respectful and get things done quickly.
