Love living at Fountain Villas ??, Rockledge, Florida We LOVE our apartment. The staff are amazing, the grounds are beautiful, clubhouse, exercise room and pool are inviting and kept in perfect condition. Residents are friendly and 2 parties a month are given by our Cares Team and management. Everything from shopping to Medical needs are close and easy to get to for both young and old.
Rockledge Jewel Fountain Villas is a great apartment for those looking for a relaxing, clean, friendly , conveniently located, place to reside with your family and pets. Maintenance is fast, professional and friendly. My family and I have enjoyed the 2 years we've lived here.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Fountain Villa's appears to be a beautiful, upscale apartment community. However the complex supervisor is rude and on several different circumstances has treated both myself and my fiancé with complete disrespect. The maintenance staff have made snide remarks about my dog after an incident where he had managed to free himself from his collar and ran around. Fountain villas Rockledge,Fl My husband and I have lived here for several years (almost 10 to be exact) it is one of the best places to live in central Florida. The apartments are very roomy and the staff is the best ever. Never is there a problem or repair that is not corrected within 24 hours. The grounds are always well maintained including the pool and cabana.
