I waited 30 minutes (or so) for the Dr. Chahal to come and do the final check after my cleaning. The hygenist went to her 4 times. When the Dr. came in, she said she was doing a procedure and apologized for the delay. I totally understood and respect that and think the 'procedure' should come first (personal experience). I'm not sure what the answer is to this but I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to complete my cleaning appt. too. Every bit of care and the cost was explained to me and the all the people are very friendly. I knew my out of pocket expense after my insurance before I received any treatment.
Kim D. is great. She explains everything that she is doing and provides great tips on care to use at home.
I find the staff at Fowlerville Dental are extremely caring and knowledgeable. I LOVE that most dental work can be comleted on the same day...no multiple appts. They also bend over backwards to get you seen at your convenience. I have recommended many friends and relatives to the Fowlerville Dental Center.

It was a great experience, the dentist listened to me and my front teeth are the best they have ever been! I wish I had switched sooner to this facility.
I must say, that I have bad experiences before when going to the dentst, but was amazed at the treatment and care I was given here. It was for a cleaning on a busy Saturday with my husband and it was found that we both also needed a bit of extra work done. Instead of making us wait they bent over backwards to squeeze us in and while I needed the dreaded numbing, and was dutifully informed of the usual side effects of discomfort as it wore off, by the time I got home I was almost completely back to normal and didn't even need... read more
