Felt rushed I felt the hygienist was messy & rushing. The Doctor came in to do exam before hygienist was thru. Exam was very quick. Overall I do not feel like I received a thorough cleaning & exam. Not sure if I will return.

I'm with this dental long time I love the staff they are very friendly And answer all the question I have ...all my family come here too... I have cleaning today but the person who clean my tooth not there so I got different person who clean my tooth not that really satisfy to her ...not like Rachel and Liza they are very organize when they start their job ..I asked prescription for my hygiene to tell dentist never did and I did not see the dentist ...she just told me I'm done .. But I understand maybe they are busy....

rude I did not appreciate you pulling me out of dental chair ....because your office did not verify my insurance ahead of time and did not inform me that you no longer participated with my insurance plan.

Not given all options prior to work being done. The dentist took it upon herself to make a decision for me which permanently altered my tooth. Very unhappy.

Not satisfied I came into have some adjustments to my top denture after having some fibrous tissue remove. The denture is now unsecured and it rubs and is irritating the inside of my mouth. I had to make an immediate appointment for 1/8/15 after being there on the 7th of Jan. Not happy at all with having to make another appointment instead of completing the process the first appointment

STOP trying to push procedures on my wife & I that we can't afford or is not covered on our insurance.... I do not like the feeling that I am not a patient , but a source of income Good -- affordable -- are wonderful , but if we can't afford to buy food , good teeth are only good for a smile & THAT only last till I starve to death.....

Hygienist did not rinse my mouth enough. Was told by check out staff would get a call the next day in regards to an old payment. Never got called. Also, missed my regular dentist, had to see a new dentist.

I was happy with the provided service.my hygienist was very good. there is a lot of turnover and the prices seemed to have increased quite a bit.
