Terrible Work Every tooth I have had done here crowns , fillings within one week to one year has had to be replaced or redone. Crowns not fitting right and one week after having a crown because the tooth was ground down to far needed a root canal . To have this done they drilled threw my new crown and just filled it like a filling instead of replacing it . The billing tomorrow can't figure out how to bill BCBS PPO! We have been clients of this dental center for 8 years. We love the dentist and the hygienist. About two years ago, the center changed their insurance acceptance to no longer take the Union BCBS PPO policy that we carry. Instead of telling us about the change when we made the appointment, they completed our cleanings and billed us for over $100 each. First and last visit. I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned but was told I had to come back. Honestly, I was kind of glad because the hygienist was a bit aggressive with her probing, just during the initial exam. Also, I did not find her to be very friendly but I think it might be because she really isn't into what's she doing. Words of wisdom: Get out & find something you like while you're young. being talked into things I can't afford Over a year ago I had to have a tooth extracted, I was talked into an implant & told it would cost in the neighbor hood of $2000. 00, After the gums healed I could then come back in to have the crown installed. Then , Last January, I had to have a root canal, This sucked up ---all--- of my insurance money so unless I paid out of pocket, I couldn't gat any more dental work done for the rest of the year. Will not be returning I have been going to this the Fowlerville Dental Center for almost 8 years now.I have always found their staff to be very pushy as far as sales go.. They push braces on me every time I go and additional services that insurance does not cover. The first 6 years I did not have insurance and money was tight. I felt embarrassed having to explain every time that I barely had money for my check ups let alone anything else. Family Appointment Cancelled My 4 kids.and I arrived for our cleanings to find our appointments and been cancelled because they didn't think that we would show up. We had an extremely long wait and only 2 of my kids got cleanings. I wont be going back Mrs. S
