Very friendly and professional.
Very nice staff. Nice, competent Doctors. They are always able to get me in for appointments in a timely manner. Best Dentists I have had.
Unprofessional service First the hygienist yawned the whole time. I went to put my coat and purse in a chair and tripped over cords, that’s when I was told oh yeah there are cords be careful. No offer to put them in a different place. Television was on and hygienist was busy watching Ellen the news came on and I asked for it to be changed. Only nature show should be on. Kim was great, but both of my visits I felt the drs were not very friendly or comfortable. I feel like they should look at me and just be a little more personable. I do appreciate the financial feedback for services needed.
Low quality of service Isabella's gums were bleeding for two days after this visit this has never happened before they are also still sore from the cleaning. She flosses and brushes regularly. She said the hygienist was extremely difficult and rough on her
Teeth Cleaning The fill in gal (Lisa) seemed knowledgeable however she talked more than she actually worked on my teeth cleaning not sure if I even got a thorough tx session. Dr Chahal came in after to discuss my case I feel she doesn't have a clear understanding of my true concerns and was not able to make me feel comfortable feeling secure which is extremely important hence the procedure will cost 4,000.00. Dr. was a male doctor I never had met before, he was very rough and got angry because my mouth is small and evidently I couldn't open it wide enough to satisfy him. When I left the office both corners of my mouth were split. It is 5 hours later and it is still very painful. The crown that was completed has a very high spot and I cannot chew at all. Sloppy Dentist Not only was the Hygienest rough and unfriendly! The Dentist left a hole the size of a Blueberry in my cheek when she unprofessionally "accidentally slipped " with her tools!!! NEVER got s follow up call nor did they have concerns for THEIR mistake! They seem to be more concerned about the making of money not satisfied customers!! Looking for a new Dental practice!

Infection Control Concerns Went in to have an impression made for a new bite guard. Bite guard impression trays were sitting out on the counter. I assumed they were for demonstration or explanation purposes only until she wanted to put them in my mouth. I asked for a new ones that had not been sitting on the counter directly and she was nice about and replaced them but said, the "counter was clean."
