Single worst experience with any company in my lifetime. Seems like things haven’t changed much at all since our move in December of 2020. 🤣

I was waiting to do this until we received our refund. We didn’t receive our full refund but here it goes….Chattanooga people & really people all over the United States, ❌DO NOT USE FOX MOVING AND STORAGE. ❌ I scheduled a move with Fox on May 9 for my things to be moved on May 27. They assured me that the date was available and that they could load my items between 9-11 am on the 27th and have the stuff delivered to my new house by the 28th. I want to save anyone from using Fox Moving and Storage of Chattanooga . We had movers scheduled to move our furniture at 1 yesterday. Someone calls at 12 to let us know he had 3 crews call out that morning and they can maybe reschedule us for the next day. Moving with babies (one being a newborn!) this already stressful day was turned upside down. do not use this company. they damaged over 4K worth of items in my home and after agreeing to a settlement of just over $1400 via a notarized signed agreement, they have not paid me within the specified timeframe. I finally spoke to the owner today who told me they didn't have the money to pay me yet because they were in a financial bind and having issues keeping the business afloat. no operating costs for a company that is multi-city and whose trucks you see out constantly? Absolutely horrible experience. The people we spoke with when we were pricing out options were very nice and they provided a reasonable quote considering the amount we had. They used an AI software to take a tour through our home to see how much we would be moving. Then, the day before the move, we got a call from a manager and he did not seem to know much about what we needed, including packing etc. That made us a little uneasy. DO. NOT. USE. They will destroy all your belongings. We signed up for a "full service move," (in-state move) in which they will help with the packing and loading of the truck. They promised us a 3-person team. What we got was a father and his teenage son that didn't show up until NOON when they should have been there much earlier that morning. The 3rd person (the teenage sons friend) didn't show up until 5 PM. They were at our house until 11 PM packing... and they didn't even get it all. We had to finish the move our... read more
We have so many expensive item missing and my mothers antquie Christmas china is broken. Family pictures are gone and my 57 figurines are broken…… I wouldn’t recommend them at all to anyone who truly cares about their personal items. They took a lunch on the back of their truck but we paid for bc they didn’t take the lunch break off of the move . I had used Fox for 3 moves prior to this move the first week of may 2021. When I contacted the company I spoke with Bo who came out to the home to access how long it would take. Well I told him I was going to try and get all the packing done my self. On his visit he said they would use Monday to pack whatever was left to be packed.
