I used them for a move in May 2019. I’d have to say I was treated the worst by this company than any other my entire life. First of all, they parked outside my drive and analyzed driving under a utility wire for 20 minutes. They finally drove under with no issues. I was charged for all of this time. It was their fault or lack of experience. They took quite a few smoke breaks of 15-20 minutes and I also was charged for this time. Do not work with them ever very bad service damage the house & the furniture . had to get 3 experience movers at 09:00am the driver show up at 09:30am with 2 kids that did not have any experience in moving. calls there manager, been told by him that his calling the driver and will send some one else. like excepted from untrusted company. never been done. the driver and the mover stretch the time to make more money, one was working & 2 just watching him work. made damages to the house & furniture. had to stop there work i... read more

Absolutely a horrible experience. Our furniture was moved from Tennessee to Florida. My dining room suite captan's chair had the arm completely broken off, my new Kitchen Aid stand mixer was completely demolished and several lamps/shades are missing. They offered us a mere $36.00 for our troubles...really, beware. Do not use Fox Moving!

Called them out to move a safe from one location in my home to another. After arriving 2 hours late, they sent two guys who couldn’t even lift the safe back up on their dolly. The guys were very nice however and said I would hear back from the office that same day. I didn’t hear anything. I left a message the next day and never got a return call. Definitely cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Do NOT use them unless you want items stolen and the company to tell you not their problem. Also cost me $500 for them to steal. Worst most crooked moving company in Chattanooga

This company moved a washing machine without turning the water valve off. It flooded our home. When I called to discuss it with them, they were RUDE, and told me they had no liability. I requested that the owner of the company call me, but I have not heard from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
