NEVER use Fox Moving company if you care about your property. They damaged MULTIPLE pieces, just to name some: gasoline on mattress, cracked flat screen tv, deep scratch and chip on a $400 cabinet piece, dented washer and dryer.. the list goes on! Absolutely ridiculous how poorly everything was treated. I paid your guys $1300 in cash up front before the job was complete , I have them $100 tip, plus I spent $30 on lunch for them @ Burger King . I gave your guys my house keys and my storage bldg keys with the understanding my keys would be left in the mailbox after the job was complete in which resulted in the following . We scheduled Fox movers from 1-3 for the start time for our move per my email it was supposed to be three movers and 1 truck for a minimum of two hours storage unit was 5 mins from the house. They call me 15 mins before 3 to tell.me they parent going to make it by 3 pm that it would be more like 4 I said ok no worries. I had to call them at 4:30 to be told it was going to be 6 which is like 3 hours after the original latest time. They took advantage of a woman who had a husband in the hospital and was trying to do the best to make decisions on moving all by herself. The person who asked me to sign for insurance said there was no need to get extra insurance because we take very good care of everything “As if they were antiques” (I had lots of those). I’ve now lost over $$10,000 worth of precious goods and a family heirloom that were damaged in the move and the only compensation they are looking to make is about $300 because of the fact that I did not ... read more
My mother was quoted a moving time for 9 am and they still have yet to show up. It’s after 1 pm and all they could offer her was 5% off and an apology. 5% is not even tax!! I would not recommend this company ever. HORRIBLE SERVICE
😫 I absolutely would NOT recommend Fox Moving to anyone for a multitude of reasons. LOOK ELSEWHERE TO A MORE HONEST AND RELIABLE COMPANY. 1. I hired them for a 3 man crew with a scheduled arrival at 9:00 am. I specifically chose the 3 man crew because of the quoted time to complete the job being more affordable with Fox compared to my other quotes. RecommendedThe move itself was smooth on Monday. I tipped them $50 but after they left, I found my sheets and started making my bed and noticed that the 10 ft. Headboard was not put together correctly. I called Tuesday and he promised they would come by Wednesday, I took off work, to put it together. I never heard from them. I guess for me, lesson learned that all people are not honest.

Worst experience of my adult life. Didn’t show up at the scheduled 9am moving time. Wouldn’t have showed up at all had we not called after they were late! They finally show up at noon, took ELEVEN HOURS to move my daughter and I out of a two bedroom apartment and 30 minutes down the road to our new house. Then after paying the $1100 bill I had to unpack my stuff (bed and bedding) at midnight before I could even go to sleep after the longest day of my life! My family recently moved using Fox Moving. Do no do this. I am prior military and have moved 29 times. I have never been done more wrong by a moving company. On moving day I had to be hospitalized for a heart arrhythmia. Hence, my wife, God bless her, had bear the brunt of the process. It took me four days to get out. When I did, I wanted to go back in.
