Josh called before he showed up. He told me when he would be here. He showed up right on time and went right to work taking care of the ant problem. While he was here he also checked around the house and found several wasp nest and carpenter bees as well. He treated for them as well. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and courteous. I was told to call back at anytime with any questions or concerns. Very satisfied. Thank you Josh.
Foxes sales rep Haley, was polite thorough and was happy to answer all my questions. Eaton who came to the house the following day to apply the pest control. was also polite courteous, thorough and was happy to answer all my questions . This was my first application out of four. we will see how well their service works over the next 12 months.

My best friend referred me to you, as she's a customer. Your customer service is what started my positive experience with you. During my first point of contact on the phone in scheduling the service to the sprayer, who was so cheerful and informative. They say it takes 2 weeks to see change and I've noticed changed and it's been 4 days. I'm pretty excited to see these pesky bugs go away so we can enjoy our back patio.

The customer service agents and the technician Mr. Cruz of Fox Pest Control were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I thought I had termites but Mr. Cruz explained they were flying ants and proceeded to educate me on the differences. He also explained the services available to me and explained how he would proceed with the pest control on the interior and exterior of my home. I highly recommend this company.
