We called when we first saw ants in our bathroom and I’m SO GLAD we did. Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful! We have needed a few visits to keep these little critters under control but both our Techs have been fantastic. I had never needed an exterminator before and wasn’t sure what to expect but FOX has been absolutely fantastic and worth every penny! THANK YOU!!
I have a bug free indoors and outdoor living areas! Can’t say enough about FOX! There service is beyond any company I have ever had any services from. They respond immediately to a new problem. Have pointed out and taken care of all the old problem areas. They freely give advice and guidance. We had carpenter bees—gone. Carpenter ants all around porch areas—gone. All FOX personnel were courteous and helpful, taking as much time as needed to answer my questions. It didn’t matter if I was speaking to the receptionist or the Field Technician, everyone is committed to providing excellent service
Very professional and friendly service. The sales rep Brendan I spoke with to sign up for services was very patient, thorough, and honest. Scott was also terrific. He called to let me know that he would be on his way shortly. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and careful to ensure I removed any and all pets from the area. Would happily trust them to provide this service again.
