My best friend referred me to you, as she's a customer. Your customer service is what started my positive experience with you. During my first point of contact on the phone in scheduling the service to the sprayer, who was so cheerful and informative. They say it takes 2 weeks to see change and I've noticed changed and it's been 4 days. I'm pretty excited to see these pesky bugs go away so we can enjoy our back patio.
Our technician Chris was very friendly and professional. He explained everything and did a great job. We’ve noticed a big difference with a decrease in bugs since using FOX and very happy with the services provided. I would recommend FOX Pest Control to anyone.
The customer service agents and the technician Mr. Cruz of Fox Pest Control were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I thought I had termites but Mr. Cruz explained they were flying ants and proceeded to educate me on the differences. He also explained the services available to me and explained how he would proceed with the pest control on the interior and exterior of my home. I highly recommend this company.
