Fox Pest Control was hired to eliminate a wasp nest for a quoted price. The technician sprayed then charged me double what was quoted. that was only the start of the problem. The treatment did not get rid of the wasps and only made them mad and swarming around the front door. I called for but they refused to send anyone out to help. They said it would be 2 days before they could send anyone. We hired a second company that that company took care of the problem. Fox Pest Control has been the most frustrating, unprofessional company I've dealt with. I would never recommend them to anyone.The tipping point came after a rainout on July 15. I told the tech the radar looked bad and the clouds were rolling in. He said it'd be fine. I later found out he was summer help. I called to reschedule and was told it was "up to the tech." They promised to return if it rained, which it did. They came back on July 29, but just three days later, I got a text saying a tech was on the way for another vi... read more

Unreliable. I would make appointments and wait for them and they would never show up. The technician that did come by twice was very unprofessional. They are supposed to clean the eves outside and he said that was not in the contract. He went slamming out of my house at least once. They did not take care of the bug problem. I don't recommend them

This company solicited at 9:30 on a Saturday night. I had no lights on at my door when he knocked. Although the marketer was polite, I did not appreciate the interruption at this hour that set my dog off inside (barking), woke husband who was recovering from an illness and have not had a response yet to (1) text and 2 emails to cancel upcoming appointment. Fox treated the yellow jacket nest inside the door frame siding/wall outside of my house. When I called them, they said I have to give them my credit card info before setting up appt. They told me the price of $270 for this service and I think that's pretty high but I needed it because the bees were already inside my house and other companies were not available until few days later. Predatory business practices, unsatisfactory treatments, and shady salesmen who will tell you anything you want to hear. I was told at the time of agreement that they would come out to respray within ****************************** two weeks (it would already be time for the next spray.) I was covered in bites just a week after they had been here. I call to inform them of this and they tell me oh well in the contract we dont promise it will completely get rid of them and thats true. I purchased the termite protection plan. I paid by check July 7, 2025. I am getting nasty texts, email and bills in the mail three weeks later saying I owe for then termite installation. I regret using FOX Pest

I was tricked/snowed over by this company. Before I know it Im paying over $2000 for controlling the ants at my home. After three applications in three months time ants were still crawling on me in my home in every room. I canceled the service and they charged me $250 to cancel it. It saved me a little money in the long run, however, This is money that I spent for a service that did not work. I ended up buying ant repellent at ********** applied it once and the ants are gone.
