I booked a car through a third party reservation service who charged me a majority of the rental price, and told me I would just have to pay roughly $70 when I picked up the car. Well, eventually I got double charged thanks to some incompetent service, and Fox is denying they did anything wrong. Do not book with this fraudulent company.

I rented a vehicle that was dirty when I picked it up so I asked the attendant to wash it before I departed. The attendant made sure to ask me if all my personal items were already loaded into the vehicle which I replied yes. She then said she'd come back in 10min with the cleaned vehicle which she did but when the vehicle was returned my $300 Bose headphones were missing (along with the case). Reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2-3 weeks ahead of arriving in Phoenix. Weather delayed flight a few hours. Arrived at service area and waited in line for 50 minutes before the agent informed me the car was not available but a Dodge Charger was "all they had". I explained the need for a larger car since I had 3 golf travel bags, 3 suitcases, and 3 travelers. The Dodge Charger would not be sufficient to handle our needs. Wow - Please, please beware. Supplemental details below but short story: - There is no customer service (phone) line, or representatives. You are instructed that you can leave a voicemail for a call back, or visit online. (I've yet to receive a response) - After numerous in person conversations, requests, and bill's reflecting the correct billing information - Fox still charged incorrectly. I would give these people zero stars if I could. They are a completely shady operation staffed with fast-talking salespeople that you can hardly understand and a series of confusing and deceptive questions and terms that are entirely designed to make you pay a lot more money than you wanted to. Do not under any circumstances consider using this company no matter how cheap a rate they offer. Their customer service is terrible!!! I rented a car from them at the San Francisco International Airport. I booked the rental about two weeks prior to pick up. The representative at pick up made a comment stating how I must've booked a while back because my total was cheap, so he tried to give me a deal so I could pay more. On January 18, 2019, I booked a car with Fox Rent A Car at the San **** Airport; I returned the car back to the Fox Rent A Car parking lot in Terminal B on January 23, 2019 before 9 p.m. I followed the instructions to return the car back to the Fox Rent A Car section. I booked my car rental online and planned on paying for it when we arrived to the Tampa, FL Airport. Online, the total was $202.00 - After waiting in line for 1:45 minutes to get the rental car, the cost was well over $500 to rent. We had requested a Ford Fusion, and the gave us a Jeep Wrangler.
