Worst experience! Rented a car at Seattle Airport. First the agent tried to scare us into buying additional insurance and toll pass *** the one week rental. Did not purchase. However, they charged us additional $150 deposit for possible miscellaneous cost we may incur when we bring the car back. The agent told us that we will get the money back if there is any charges. This company preys on customers. They asked to put $1250 on my credit card after I booked 3rd party. I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told I would need a huge deposit! For what? They take your money, keep it in their bank account which they get interest on. Millions upon millions garnering interest! What a scam! Literally, when I walked in I could feel this place was off. And I was right. Go to Enterprise they were so pleasant. Night and day experience. And if I cld leave no star I would.

Worst experience ever when renting a car. Representative made me get u insurance even though we have AAA and do not need it. Rented car for less than 24hrs and charged me 194.50 for a full size car. The car was returned in prestine condition. No resolution as of now.

I rented a car from this business in Miami, FL and the vehicle was quoted at about $190.00, I was lied to buy this company saying it is mandatory by Florida State Law that requires customers to purchase the companies rental car insurance. I demand a response from the company and the insurance amount refunded.

Despite the cheap prices advertise, the cost you will be very costly. They are off site and don't have shuttles that run all day. The regularly run out of cars, SUV, Van you already reserved and even payed for! Think about it, if you arrive with 6 people ready to get your minivan, you may very well be told that they ran out and maybe there will be one available the next day, I saw this happen to 3 groups ahead of me on the first week of September. NO DOT RENT FROM THEM they are scammers they overcharged my credit card and I cant seem to speak with anyone when I called. I also send me a bill form there tolls department, the tolls was $4.48 and my bill was $64.48 they charging me $15 for administrative fee for each time I used the tolls. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

DO NOT rent from them!! Scammers and money-hungry! Took my money and didn't give us the car rental. Then also took my brother's money for another car rental. Call them up, I got hang up TWICE, and after almost 45mins "hold", finally reach a male agent telling me that is "it's the policy, so we can't refund your money and I should read the fine prints"! And hung up on me again, WHILE I was speaking. What kind of company does that?! Is that how you're trained? Tell the customers no refund and just hang up the phone??! That's m... read more

If I could give zero stars....I too would give zero and maybe even a -97....since that is what they owe me. Fox Rent A Car, Denver International Airport: I rented a car from them on August 4th and returned the car August 11th. They told me on the 4th that they would only be putting a $150 hold on my credit card. That the final balance would be $551.96. Instead they charged my card $649.20 on the following Monday (August 6th). I didn't catch it right away. When I returned the car...they said the $150 would just go off the ca... read more

If I could give it zero stars that would be a more accurate representation of this "company." I made a Pay Now reservation to fly to Seattle to attend my grandmother's funeral service, however, the service date had to be changed so I tried going online to modify the reservation (through their website) however there was no way to modify it.
