I had never rented a car from this company. But after this last trip I will . The check in process were excellent, the customer service provider was friendly and attentive. We talked about so many things which made it feel like just spending time with a friend. April , was a pleasure to work with , and despite taking some time to talk about things other than the rental, we were in and out as quickly as others in the lines! Worth it , did not feel like one of the other corporate rental companies.
Advanced reservations are not guaranteed. Be sure to double check your reservation status before you get there. That said, prices are fair; cars are nice and clean; and navigation system works. Four out five stars for sure!
our plane was an hour and a half delayed, so we arrived late to pick up our car. So Fox instead of giving us grief, upgraded us to a full size, Dodge Charger. The return was quick and we were on our way!
