RecommendedI had never rented a car from this company. But after this last trip I will . The check in process were excellent, the customer service provider was friendly and attentive. We talked about so many things which made it feel like just spending time with a friend. April , was a pleasure to work with , and despite taking some time to talk about things other than the rental, we were in and out as quickly as others in the lines! Worth it , did not feel like one of the other corporate rental companies.

Recommendedour plane was an hour and a half delayed, so we arrived late to pick up our car. So Fox instead of giving us grief, upgraded us to a full size, Dodge Charger. The return was quick and we were on our way!
