Get directionshorrible wait to check in. I was called to next agent AND HE WENT ON A BREAK AS SOON AS I GOT IN FRONT OF HIM😡. Signs all over say face masks required. next agent had his face mask down the whole time. returned car as required 3 hours before I needed to even shoe up for my flight out. was checked out within 5 mins. Same check in guy STILL HAD HIS MASK BELOW HIS CHIN. I TOOK PICTURES FROM BOTH COMING AND GOING. SAME GUY. MASK UNDER HIS CHIN! IF I GET COVID *IM VACCINATED, I WILL KNOW IT WAS HIM!🤬🤬🤬
Car is great but the customer service is super low if i can give a below 0 rating i would… we are just asking for shuttle info from rental place to airport and the lady was super rude… can’t even spell a name, we are dictating it (jeffrey ) and kept mispelling it 🙄… and shes the one getting frustrated that shes being corrected!!! we requested to talk to someone else instead and the lady go nuts screaming at us when asked about her name she hanged up…. A good driving experience marred by terrible customer service and management. I reserved my booking online but when I got to the service desk in Denver I was told the car wouldn’t have enough room for my passengers and their luggage. The description online was not correct and I was quickly pushed to take a new and much more expensive car. We arrived with 8 of us from Chicago at almost 8pm. We had 2 reservations and were looking forward to getting a minivan and a midsized car. I was very happy with the price when I booked through my southwest app over a month ago. When we walked inside, we overheard the woman behind the counter telling the couple in front of us that they were short in vehicles and they would be getting an upgrade to a Jeep since that’s all they had left. 1. We rented a Jeep but when we arrived they argued that we didn’t. We needed the Jeep to drive around tough terrain. The woman said the only thing available like a Jeep would be a small SUV and offered that to take its place. Interesting that there were half a dozen Jeeps parked and ready when we picked up our rental. 2. There is a pandemic. By law all businesses should have its employees wear masks. Marylin at the San Diego location charged me for a toll pass that I specifically told her that I did not need. It was an additional $11.99/ per day. The Jeep’s stereo did not work. The Jeep was dirty on the inside. This was my first time patronizing Fox and it will be my last.
I had to go through 3 cars to find one that was acceptable. The mini van I reserved was missing hub caps, had door damage on the hatch and rust. Moved to another car that had something hanging off the back bumper and moved to a 3rd car which was ok but there were tears in the interior fabric. Pathetic! Returned the car early. I returned it the evening before and was penalized. Bill was emailed to me and lacks detail to even understand it. Go with what you know. Fox cars suck.

It’s the worst customer service don’t trust anything they say they will overcharge you. Called Customer service regarding an issue we are having with the car no one will call back. Zero customer service I wish I can give them zero out of 5.
