I approached the counter and was met by a woman that had horrible customer service. She was unable to answer my question. Instead of checking with a coworker/supervisor, she sent me to another coworker to find out the answer. I initially it upset me, but it turned out to be the best thing she could've done. The gentleman she directed me to had customer service skills that could not be taught. He answered question, and was able to get me to a car quickly. He even went so far as to find a charger for my phone that was dying. I... read more
