A rental car was never provided and Fox Rent-A-Car did NOT offer any kind of assistance. - Waited 25 minutes for the Fox shuttle. - Bus driver would NOT let us on the shuttle. - Bus driver stated we could NOT rent a car. - Fox Rent-a-Car had no concern with leaving us stranded at the airport after 10PM. Do NOT trust this company.

If I could give this negative stars I would. From the start we have had an AWFUL experience with Fox Rentals and I can't recommend this to anyone. We waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, once we arrived it was 30 minutes to get to the counter, then an additional 30 minutes at the counter before even getting the car. we picked up car a 9.pm and return it at 8 pm in same location in San Diego airport. Only one person at counter and one person in the lot. With only 6 people onleine, it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the counter. So we actually got the cat at 10:30 pm. When we return, the lady at the counter told us to leave the keys in the car and we are good to go. The next day, they emailed us the bill for extra day rental charge.

On 9/3/21 I showed up to the counter of fox rental car Salt Lake City airport and gave them my reservation number. They told me that they do not have a van. I ask to speak to the **** the manager at slc. I told him I just need a 7 passenger ******* and that a have special need child that needs special care. I ask him why would you give someone a reservation number and not have a van. He got confrontation and told me to leave if I don't like it. Man want customer skill this manager have? So sad!! I have left 3 voicemail, Been on hold for over 4 hours and I cant reach anyone else. My car won't start and I have to return it tomorrow to the airport. I dont know whats wrong and no one answers their phone or calls me back. I do not want to be held responsible for this and need someone to call me ASAP.

My online account showed no current balance (even though I had over $400 credit). 2 hours on hold was required to speak with a customer service rep in order to 'activate' my credit so I can apply it to my rental. WHY does my money need to be activated?? After the rental was made, I still had $46 credit remaining. This company needs to be shut down. I am so sick and disgusted at the way I've been treated by the employees here. I've been on the phone all day trying to get someone to speak with me. To whom it may concern: Good morning. I wanted to address a serious concern that I have with your rental company. I booked through Priceline for one day rental. I was told instructed that I could PICK UP my car at 5 a.m. This was sufficient enough time for me since I needed to pick up my son by 7 a.m. However, I was thoroughly disappointed when I stood around waiting for the airport shuttle to get there. We rented a car. The amount online was $300. We got there, very late after our flight was delayed. We told the employee that we are not interested in adding anything other than what's required for the rental. She nodded and continued to do the paperwork. When the papers are ready, the final amount rounded to $500.
