Get directionsAwful place to rent. They lie on their website. Please add up the amount before you pay. because it does not add up correctly. Fox cancelled my reservation without my approval. I called they day before and Fox told me my reservation was good. That i just needed to pick it up. I got there the next day and they told me it had been cancelled!! I got stuck in the airport without a car! I had to rent from another place, because I wasn't going to pay again to Fox! They will scam you. I am owed $610,95 from Fox!

I show that there was a chargeback on this reservation, therefore the accounting department cancelled the reservation as your credit card was refunding the money. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but this was only done due to the chargeback on the credit card.
We received a minivan with a crack in the windshield, a rear seat with a backrest that wouldn't lock into place and a headrest that wouldn't clip in. And in addition to all these serious safety issues, the car was filthy upon pickup. When I called for help, William, employee #5455, was belittling, rude, and unhelpful.

We're lucky the rusted-out, holes-in-the-ceiling van that transported us from Denver airport to their car fleet made it. The rental facility looks like it was set up by a team of high schoolers on a budget: walls and ceiling unfinished, big fans because there's no ac in the heat wave. The shuttle service from the airports are literally non existent. The 2 shuttles at the denver airport were rusted and falling apart. Customer service isn't even an option if you need help with anything.

I wished I had read reviews before Priceline put me in a fox rental car. Wish there was a no star option! I rented through priceline for a car at Denver Airport. First of all we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, which never arrived to bring us to the fox location. We tried calling Fox but no one answered. 1 star really isn't even accurate of how poorly the Tampa Fox rental car experience was. By far my worst rental experience ever. The car was in terrible shape. The windows were dirty and sticky, the windshield wipers were non functioning, one of the tires wouldn't hold air, the brakes and rotors were shot, and there was no spare tire. THIS BUSINESS IS TRASH!! A TOTAL DUMPSTER FIRE!!!! On my way back from camping, a motor cyclist took off my mirror. After opting to use my own insurance coverage, the damage recovery agent Mary P. tried billing $3000 for a mirror repair. Fox Rent a Car is the WORST! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!! when we arrived to pick up the vehicle on Thursday, June 3, the seller who attended me refused to give me the car unless I took out Liability insurance that according to him it was "mandatory" in the state of Florida, which is a LIE, the man insisted and lying, refused to give me the car unless I agreed to take out the insurance, I had to accept it, paying an extra 156 dollars to the rent of the vehicle, in addition there was no discount for reducing the rent for one day a... read more

Shame on Fox/Allsave rental cars. Fox/Allsave canceled our rental to raise the price for another renter without notification to us. We booked a rental car March 3rd, 2021 for a Maui vacation starting June 9th-16th.
