RecommendedYesterday, I picked up my fourth rental vehicle from FOX and experienced a “wow” moment when the GM Mr. Torregroza met me in person to trade out my current rental vehicle with another for a 30-days. I was super impressed with the time and thoughtfulness he put into pre-selecting a vehicle that aligned with my personal preferences, and appreciated his having it ready for me at the returns level so that I could skip the counter. One word Philip Mo is amazing. He took care of my extension and provided a level of customer service I have not EVER received in my years of renting cars. The ease at which he handle my extension due to the Corona Pandemic was simply next level. A+ for Philip A+!

Ok Ok we had a along wait, I know that sucks. But we wouldn't have had rhe opportunity to meet the guys with the fancy sword & case, or the Dallas Cowboys fans. The best part was my guys ROCKY and crew. Fox Car Rental SFO had the longest lines the slowest serivce, best prices and Rocky with a smile ! ! ! All worth it Thanks FOX
