When I returned the car (11:30 pm) they charged me a whole extra day of double the charges because it was too close to midnight. Been in line for 45 minutes waiting to get to agent to pick up car we reserved weeks ago. Computers slow? No other rental company is having problems. Everyone else is whizzing in picking up keys and leaving

Horrible experience- had reservations and after three hours wait ended up having to pay another 1000 to get a car with another company!

Slowest checkin process ever. It took us 15 min from landing to making it to car rental booth and it's already been over an hour standing in the line. They see all the people waiting and still no attempt to even quicken things or inform the reason for such slow customer service. Never booking with this company again!!!

The vehicle was just ok, front passenger tire kept going flat, had to put air in it few times a day. Battery died , no useful help from their roadside assistance. All the charges incurred after paying the reservation online. Will never use them again

Hands down worst experience in customer services I have had in my life. It took 2 hours standing in line for a car I had reserved online. Basically everything was done besides signing the paperwork. It was not well managed up front. We then were told our vehicle would be waiting for us when we went upstairs to pick it up. It took another hour, yes an entire hour for them to find “our vehicle”, that we had rented. I was livid. No one could seem to tell us what was going on and why it took so long. Fox is a dishonest unethical company that rents you cars that belong in a junk yard. Long story short, we prepaid for the rental and insurance. They bamboozled us into more insurance which wasn’t clear on the filthy little pin pad you sign on. When it was brought to their attention that we already had total loss insurance in place and a receipt to prove it they refused to refund the money.
