I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST car rental company there is. I rented from them at ************** and the three people waiting on a long line of customers couldnt have cared less about being efficient. Second, they were terrible about trying to up sell me coverage I didnt want or need. They wanted me to pay $12 per day to take care of all tolls, but I knew where I was going and knew I wouldnt have nearly that much in tolls, so I declined. They charged us $500 on top of the $176 I paid with the ****** app. *********, the so called manager had sent in an email to give them a good rate and when I told her about the complaints I had, she never got back to me and is ignoring my email. Upcharges everyone and the sales person only thinks about the money going into her pocket, ruining our start and end of the trip.

I rented a vehicle with FOX Rent a Car, with the return date of 4 August 2023, 7a.m. I found an earlier flight at 5:00a.m. and I return the car to FOX at 3:00a.m., but it was closed. Beware. Long wait. Car shook and we would have had to go back in 2 hour line Final amount was double quoted. Free upgrade not free. 13$day for additional driver. 3 types of taxes (could be unavoidable) C...was good at desk though

I rented through Expedia and paid through Expedia for 8/13 - 8/18. After waiting in line for almost 45 minutes due to slow service I was told I needed a major credit card for a $150 deposit. This was not mentioned on Expedia's website or by Fox Car Rental until I arrived at the counter. Did not have a credit so had to cancel the reservation because I could not use my debit card to pay for deposit. The worst rip off ever! They keep sending invoices months after the rental for fees you never agreed to and then deny your disputes. Their accounts receivable department is horrible and cretinous.

I would give the 0 star if I could. Dont book anything rental cars from Fox Rental company as they will honor their words in cancellation policy, even if you cancel your reservation within 24 hour prior to pick you still will not get a refund you will only get store credit. And the people on phone are useless barely speak English.

AFTER BOOKING A CAR IN ADVANCE 2 months before our trip to ************ and confirming on phone the day of arrival, we arrived at **** pm at the airport and were told there were no cars available and asked to go fend for ourselves at 10 pm in the night. Will never rent from them again. NOT TO BE TRUSTED
