DO NOT RENT FROM FOX. I reserved a full size car (Chevrolet Impala or similar) through East Rent Cars. When i arrived at Fox to get the car, Pamela told me that they were out of "full size" cars and i could have a Hyundai Elantra. When i protested, i was told that since i made my reservation through a 3rd party company that Fox was not required to honor it. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME???) Fox Rent a Car is a scam. They upgraded my car and insurance without my knowledge and charged me $500 for two days. They said I signed a contract stating that but no where in the contract did I sign for an upgraded car or insurance. I waited in like for 3 hours to get a car after I did there was no one at the gate to report any damages to. Would not rent with Fox Rent A Car in Los Angeles again. We were mislead/lied to by the associate that helped us pick-out and rent the car initially; we were told it would only be an additional $10/per additional hour past our normal drop-off time and ended up getting charged a full day rate + any additional hidden fees that weren't discussed while there in person. This company is the worse of the worse, they take your money and they never tell you about it. I got a beat up car and after booking for 200$ for 4 day, I end up with ramdon charges that rise to 600$. the receipt does not specify anything about it. they suck, they are thieves.

If i could it would be a 0!!!!!. They made me pay the epass ***** saying there was no cash tolls in florida. So i had to pay 50.00 for a week. They made me prepay for fuel however was told to return it with little gas left in tank. But i already added gas mire than a half tank. Should've gotten some money back from that. Then charged me $150 for deposit and never got it all back. I returned it in the same condition. My bill was almost $500 when i checked for my rental and reserved it, it was suppose to be atleast $300.

Stood around for 30 minutes waiting to pick up a car. Only 3 people in front of me and they all had disputes with Fox. Finally was waited on by someone who was at best surly while he was busy texting someone. Picked up car at Phoenix airport and it was a wreck. Not even cleaned and smelled of old smoke. Had over 67,000 miles on it. Drove it 50 miles out of town to my project and lights came on the dash--4 lights--last was red light for brakes. If there was a 0 star rating this would be it. What rental company charges a discriminatory charge of $1,000 for locals?! Basically the person at the counter said "its to keep the Las Vegas locals from renting". That is ridiculous, sketchy, and unprofessional. Not to mention the building is literally falling apart and the line to even get to the counter was 45 min- 1 hr long.
