Get directionsDenied at pick-up the car pre-paid online because in the meantime the credit card was frauded. In such situation one rents a new car with them and in doing so I was charged twice as much! A nightmare experience to avoid.

Aside from quite possibly the rudest "customer service" representatives, this place is a total scam. I stated that I was renting a car to drive to TN, paid the rental fee, and in the paperwork I was given it was stated that the car could not be taken out of FL. When I brought this to the reps attention their response was "Oops. It's $70 to cancel." I had JUST made the reservation!!! After going back-and-forth I agreed to pay the fee and never return. Honestly, the worst experience of my life. As a seasoned traveler, I consistently have to rent cars for work. (I work out of state, and have rented through several companies, so decided to give Fox Rent A Car a try). Unfortunately, there is no rating less than one star. This company is deceitful in their business practices and provides well below par customer service. The customer service representatives that I've spoken to have been rude and dismissive. The quality of their cars is substandard as is their ability to inform customers of ALL options relating to the rental. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Will never be a customer again. I paid for a 9 day rental online. I was satisfied with the price, $302. There was no indication of any other fees. When we picked up our car, they charged us over $350 in fees!! We thought the new total included the original $302 plus a local tax/fee and thought we were paying the difference, unaware this was a brand new bill for an absurd amount of fees. Worst experience! Rented a car at Seattle Airport. First the agent tried to scare us into buying additional insurance and toll pass *** the one week rental. Did not purchase. However, they charged us additional $150 deposit for possible miscellaneous cost we may incur when we bring the car back. The agent told us that we will get the money back if there is any charges. This company preys on customers. They asked to put $1250 on my credit card after I booked 3rd party. I waited in line for 30 minutes to be told I would need a huge deposit! For what? They take your money, keep it in their bank account which they get interest on. Millions upon millions garnering interest! What a scam! Literally, when I walked in I could feel this place was off. And I was right. Go to Enterprise they were so pleasant. Night and day experience. And if I cld leave no star I would.
