RecommendedEvery single time Francos delivers the best pizza in Buffalo. Born n raised in Buffalo and a huge pizza critic I've had pizza all over Buffalo. This pizza for me sets the standards high with their sweet sauce, soft dough, lots of cheese, pepperoni n mushroom cooked to perfection. The corners of the crust gets crisp and so delicious! Now living in NYC almost 8 years Francos is my first stop and last stop before I leave.

THE STINGER PIZZA IS THE BEST ALONG IWITH THE CHICKEM FINGER TOPPED WITH BBQ AND BLUE CHEESE
Food is delicious. Customer service was great. I'm in from out of town, staying with friends. We ordered the other night, there was a substantial mishap with our food, and Falisha, the manager of the Kenmore Ave location took GREAT care of us. Refunded our order and supplied me with dinner for another night of my stay here in cold Buffalo. I'm very impressed with the professionalism in which this was handled and would recommend to anyone.
Francos was nice enough to surprise the firefighters at engine 26 in riverside today with a couple party pizzas we greatly appreciate there support and solidarity with police and fire. Special thanks to Angela and her crew !!!!
Google sent us to this place after a long day at the falls. We went based on reviews. Being from Texas, google or Franco's didn't disappoint! Excellent food, excellent/quick service! Too bad we're not locals... This would be our spot! Thanks All-
Last night, I called at 10:47pm to order a pizza, not knowing you closed at 11pm. The young lady that I spoke with said that as long as I picked up my order by 11:15pm, it would be fine. I got there at 11:02pm and she was simply amazing! She treated me as if I was her first customer; friendly, attentive, kind and still smiling. I think it's great when a company can hire people who truly care about their customers. Not only was the service great, but as always, the pizza was delicious as well. Thank you!!
