Last night I was charged $77.11 for 2 Lg Pizzas and Delivery. Called and talked to Manager and the District manager today without getting a refund or apology. As a disaster Marine Corps War Veteran I would never order again. Price gouging during COVID-19 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I can assure you that we would never take advantage of our guests and our prices have not changed during this crisis. While speaking with you, we did inform you that we did not charge you $77.11 and you would not see this amount on your VISA bill. You would see the same amount as the receipt we provided for you.
Spent over 50 on food from this place to receive a sheet pizza that was burnt black all around the pizza. We called and asked for another pizza cuz it was inedible. Have waited over a hour for the remake and have not received our pizza. I will never order from this location again.

I order almost the same thing every week for my family of four. We love it. Today i was sadly disappointed to find multiple hairs mixed in the sauce of the boneless wings we ordered. I dont think i will be able to move past that unfortunately.

They need to change the name of their "Chef Salad" to garden salad since it had no meat just veggies and chickpeas!! That's no where close to what a chef salad is! I think they need to Google it. 1st Pic receipt showing chef salad 2nd Google - what a chef salad is & results.

Thank you for ordering with us. As you can see on our menu, our chef's salad does not come with any meat, but that can be added as an up-charge. We have plenty of other options for great salads that come with a meat option. We hope you will order with us again and try some of our other delicious menu options.
Ordered a steak pizza and wings pizza was burnt w no cheese wings ordered extra crispy were like rubber had them remake the food so had to wait another half hr and go back to exchange the food and no compensation of any kind for the waste of time
I have been ordering from them since the Super Bowl. I have placed, at least, six different orders, always to my house. All of a sudden, today, they don't deliver to my area?! I've always paid over the phone and tipped the drivers well. Franco's has lost a customer in me. $200 per order, $20+ in tips. I'll gladly keep my money.
Nothing like ordering garlic bread and getting a box of butter soaked French fries!
Forgot a side order then the staff was belligerent about delivering what was paid for. Took an hour and a half plus for a basic order. Do not order from Franco's, you will be disappointed. Encourage your friends, family and coworkers to not order from Franco's as well. It has been 2 hours and our order is still not completed. Horrible!!!
