I always order Franco’s prob 3-4 times a month but after our last experience I think I’ll find a new place . Our $16 single order of wings was the smallest I’ve ever seen one wing wasn’t even a wing it was a bone with a chunk of fat on the end ! Called emailed and sent a fb message and nobody available to talk about quality. Good thing this is Buffalo and we are full of pizzerias

I spend ATLEAST 50$ a week with this business and it usually takes them double the time for one large pizza to be made and I sit there for an extra 10-15 minutes even after coming 10 minutes later than the pickup time. I came to pick-up 40 minutes instead of a half an hour, because I didn't want to stand in a crowded hallway with others waiting as long this time, and they threw my pizza away bc they didn't believe I was coming anymore??? ten minutes difference??? then told me I could get a credit for another pizza the next t... read more
