I ordered a whole steak and cheese sub with mushrooms and lettuce with mayonnaise for delivery .. Delivery time was appropriate. The quality of the steak was extremely poor. It was over cooked and burnt.. I got tomatoes which was not ordered .. the roll was soggy from the signature dressing .. And there was no mayonnaise. As I opened the packing the bun fell apart .. there was noting to bind it together.. The roll was not fresh .. the presentation was awful. I'm not sure what is going on lately but we have been averaging one wrong item per order. This week was the black olive and pepperoni pizza turning into a green olive and pepperoni pizza. We place our order online so not sure where the error is occurring. The receipt is right but not the order.

My family ordered a personal pizza, it was great. We also ordered some lemon pepper wings and they were great. What was not so great was the assorted sub that we ordered. It presented as fine initially because my wife only ate half of the sub that evening we ordered it. She then proceeded to have the other half for lunch the next day and when she bit into the sandwich there was a long blonde hair in that bite and the hair got caught in her teeth. I placed an order a little after 4pm. Didn’t actually come until almost seven- an hour after the “your food is almost ready” email. I called about 30 minutes after the email to be told (rather shortly...) it’s left the already. The garlic fries were visibly lacking compared to the Buffalo; which were so hot we couldn’t eat them even with the side of catsup we got (it was supposed to be blue cheese) and ice cold gluten free (read that as EXPENSIVE) pizza that looked like the box was shaken like a snow globe. When I asked for my hot sauce on the side because the last time I ordered them extra crispy, they were swimming in hot sauce and soggy !! Plus was told I’d have to pay extra to get it on the side !! When I questioned why that should be an extra charge, I got hung up on !!! I’ll never order from them again and I’ve ordered since they were further down Kenmore Ave. !!

Wanted to place an order for 1 chicken finger sub, a 1/2 a chicken finger sub, and a single order of boneless wings for my family. With delivery, the total was $47. Delivery charge was $5.25 for 1 mile down the road and wanted a $5 tip! Canceled my order and went with a different pizzeria. The total was $16 cheaper!!!!! For the same order!!!! Slice pies were burnt, then after reheating slices, can't even recognize them. Plus ordered 2 blue cheeses, only got 1... So $12 later, they're in my garbage can!!!

I ordered a medium pizza with 10 wings. my wings were undercooked I went back inside and they said I couldn't have a refund but I could wait 25 mins after already waiting over an hour when they told me 45 mins. I asked them for my side of parm for my pizza and the 2 girls rolled their eyes at me and proceeded to use their cell phones in my face without even acknowledging me. then a male came over who said he would give me a refund. im extremely disappointed as I came from hamburg for terrible service and food. NEVER AGAIN
