Frank kept his word on a 30-day close. Even though he did not visibly commit, but he made sure it was pushed in the right direction. He has a great team - Rachael Reyna, Sara Grant. I had to move quickly and they helped me meet my timelines. Bonus: Frank picks 9/10 calls on the first ring! That’s customer responsiveness.
