We were pleased with everything except at the at the closing they had us waiting for over an hour. Didn’t seem like they had their paperwork together which we felt they should of. Melissa McCarley was not easy to work with she never returns phone calls. On the other hand Jeannie DeMaio was the total opposite she was very polite and always returned your call and did what she could to figure out the answer. I appreciated working with her the most.
