More communication would be needed in order to acquire a great rating. There were times when I was receiving information from 3 different people at Mutual of Omaha, and sometimes it countered other information. There were times where my Real Estate agent would reach out to exchange information, but there was no reply. With all that being said, everything was approved and finalized just in time for closing, and I appreciate all the hard work that went into this transaction.
