This property is NOT as nice as the photos. Very deceiving! No restaurant or dinning is available anymore no shuttle, nothing. Very noisy guests while I was there. It felt like I was at a cheap motel not a Hilton. Online customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional!
No rooms a available, rooms smell, sink was clogged. Rest of family didn’t have rooms available after flying from far. Disappointing.

The toilet was stained which looked unclean. Overall the hotel looked cheap. The receptionist seemed high. I did not receive my receipt by email. I still need it. The Parkway location was difficult to exit. No signage directing to the appropriate exit.
Not worth it Not worth the money at all. Pictures look way nicer then the actual hotel. Most services weren’t working due to Covid. Shower handle fell of as soon as I touched. Bathroom was missing shelves for towels, didn’t give enough soap, or towels. No robes like amenities said. No restaurant, no food, no room service. Overall I feel like I got catfished.
No service While i am sure it was covid related (par a decent wage and your people will stay) they only offered house keeping on request and they put us on the schedule two days out. Constant calls for towels and toilet paper were answered the following day. The vending areas on each floor had peoples garbage accumulated because no one could get their garbage emptied. Maybe have the many front desk folks clean some rooms? Or charge appropriately for a no service hotel?
Not satisfied Water leaked on our bathroom floor. The hotel also had a weird stench. The towels also smelled bad. Overall we were not satisfied.
Won’t come back here ever we reserved a king deluxe room but was downgraded to a very disappointing room. Nothing worked in the room. Not the remote, shower etc. we were told all the king deluxe rooms were taken. That was a lie of course. We couldn’t even sleep because there was a bright light shining into the room even with the shades down. We tried calling the front desk but no one would pick up. So disappointed!
