100/10. MUST STAY!!! This hotel was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. A special shout-out to Chantal for messaging me throughout my stay checking up on us to see if we needed anything. It also near a lot of stores and restaurants so you would not have to go far. The entire experience was amazing!!
Needs updating but adequate. It so nice to have clean air in the lobby and not a bottle of smelly air freshener like some other hotels

I stayed at the Freepoint Hotel for the second time this past week, this time I stayed for 8 days. The people who work there are first and foremost, amazing! Very professional, and they provided exceptional customer service during my stay. Everyone at the front desk, the bar, cleaning staff and management were beyond wonderful to interact with.
