Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Great service, comfortable room We arrived many hours before the official check-in time, with a storm in the offing. We had hoped to be able to drop off our luggage for a few hours. Instead, we were greeted warmly by front desk manager Yodit Tekeste, who smiled and said, "Well, you're here now. Let's find you a room," which she proceeded to do promptly. The room itself was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed.

Shanta and Isabela are great. Very helpful and nice. The two guys that work there are great too. Very nice. They charge their own guests to park in their parking lot. I didnt understand that. Otherwise the Freepoint is great.
