Accessibility sucks. Accessibility and inclusive attitude in this hotel are horrible. The front desk or front office employee expressed very different personality and was very rude to me on phone call after video-rely service is announced through interpreter. The hotel has DISH satellite cable provider which is the worst cable company ever because the remote control is dysfunctional and couldnt commands the TV accurately.
