The beef stroganoff and chocolate fondue were delicious! Great service as always and wonderful owners who care about providing their customers with an amazing experience.
I had a reservation and was seated promptly . The waiter was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu and drink selections. The food was delivered in a timely manner, the presentation was impressive and the food was outstanding. There was a singer in the bar, which was not near my table but I enjoyed listening to the songs he sang and recognized all of the songs. The ambience was exceptinal.
We celebrated a birthday here last night and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic. The chicken piccata was perfectly balanced with bright lemon flavor and tender chicken, and the Cajun penne pasta had just the right kick without overpowering the dish. The experience was amazing but we had requested to be seated by the tree and was told it would be taken care of and then two days before our arrival for valentine day dinner we were asked if we had any requests. So I reminded them that we would like to be seated by the tree and was told no problem. We had a great time but we were trying to make a memorable moment for our son and daughter in-law which had never been to your restaurant. Hopefully next time.
It is an iconic stop in Nevada City. The menu is innovative and the service is excellent. From being greeted by Yvette to service from Yo, it is a great experience. The food is great and it is an unforgettable experience.
we went early and had a drink at the bar. I had a very good mocktail and my husband had a nice strong cocktail. The place was very friendly. The dinner was excellent with very good service. I will take friends or family there soon. y

Quaint place with great country ambience. The staff and waiter were very friendly. It did take a bit of time to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. Our table had ribs, salmon and a filet and they were all amazing.
This is a very good restaurant. You get a personalized level of service. The food is very good. I recommend it most highly.
